Beat Caduff entirely private. During 2 weeks, Beat will be cooking for you alone in his kitchen. He will create from Monday through Friday (Lunch and Dinner) a menu especially for you all. You can enjoy Lunch and Dinner in a familiar atmosphere with us.

It is absolutely legendary. Beat Caduff is hunting himself and brings the best to his Wine Loft. Many of his guests have experienced how wonderful venison can taste when you compare it to what you can get elsewhere, without knowing where the meat comes from and how it was treated... Venison is in the Wine Loft simply venison and has nothing to do with breeding.
