At the Wine loft, I will be devoting two whole weeks to the Provence, my favourite part of France. You will have the opportunity to discover the best meals with their distinctive herbs and spices, tasty vegetables, tender meat and freshly caught fish from the local sea.

For two weeks we will be cooking South African specialties for you, including kudu, springbok, ostrich, scampi and much more. The meals are complimented by a selection of wonderful South African wines served by the glass.

Beat will be cooking alone in his kitchen. He will create menus especially for you. You can enjoy lunch and dinner in a familiar atmosphere together with us.
