At the Wine loft, I will be devoting two whole weeks to the Provence, my favourite part of France. You will have the opportunity to discover the best meals with their distinctive herbs and spices, tasty vegetables, tender meat and freshly caught fish from the local sea.

South African weeks
For two weeks we will be cooking South African specialties for you, including kudu, springbok, ostrich, scampi and much more. The meals are complimented by a selection of wonderful South African wines served by the glass.

Venison weeks at the Wine Loft
It is absolutely legendary. Beat Caduff is hunting himself and brings the best to his Wine Loft. Many of his guests have experienced how wonderful venison can taste when you compare it to what you can get elsewhere, without knowing where the meat comes from and how it was treated... Venison is in the Wine Loft simply venison and has nothing to do with breeding.
