Many of his guests have experienced how wonderful venison can taste when you compare it to what you can get elsewhere, without knowing where the meat comes from and how it was treated... Venison is in the Wine Loft simply venison and has nothing to do with breeding.

Icewine tasting
Put your warmest pullover on! In the wine cellar of Caduff’s Wine Loft we delight you at 19:00 h with the 10 most ingenious German Ice wines. I am sure you will not only get “Goose bumps” because of the cellar temperature. After the tasting we will dine with candle-light. Goose liver is on the menu. Attention: The seats are very limited and therefore we kindly ask you to make a reservation.
